The new gaming laptop is powered by 12th-generation Intel Core i7 processors along with Nvidia RTX 30 series GPUs. There is also an additional variant with the latest AMD Ryzen 6000 series processor.
Both models come with up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU option, up to 32GB RAM (DDR4 on Intel variant and up to DDR5 on the AMD option), and two M.2 PCIe Gen 4 SSD slots for storage.

Connectivity options include HDMI 2.1 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 and Gen 2 support. Additionally, the AMD model comes with a USB 4.
While the Intel-powered model features a Thunderbolt 4 Type-C port, Intel Killer Ethernet E2600, and Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650i.
Additionally, Acer has added features like AMD FreeSync (for smooth gameplay) and DTS:X Ultra audio technology (to create a 3D spatial soundscape).

Design and Display
The Acer Nitro 5 (2022) features a redesigned chassis with dual-fan cooling and four exhaust ports. A preloaded NitroSense utility app will allow users to control the airflow.
The Intel variant (2022) features a 15.6/ 17.3-inch QHD display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a response time of three milliseconds.
On the other hand, the AMD version of the Nitro 5 (2022) comes in two options – FHD displays with a 144Hz refresh rate and a QHD display with a 165Hz refresh rate.

The Acer Nitro 5 (2022) comes with a starting price of CNY 9,499 (approx Rs 1,11,100) for the Intel variant. The price of the AMD models starts at CNY 8,999 (approx Rs 1,11,100).
