It is focused on providing enterprise level security as well as great media experience on a large display with a mid range price tag. BlackBerry Z3 sports a 5 inch display, 1.2 GHz Dual Core CPU, 1.5 GB RAM and a primary camera with 5 MP resolution topped with Blackberry 10 OS version 10.2.1. Blackberry Z3 certainly is a looker, with flat front and back design giving it a very premium feel. The front of the device is devoid of any physical buttons due to the fact that BlackBerry OS 10 is navigated through on screen gestures.
Pricing and Availability
Possessing a mid range specification set on paper, the BlackBerry Z3 is priced at a rather steep 15,990 Rupees. Owing to the fact that BlackBerry OS is lagging behind Android in terms of features and app availability, this device certainly doesn’t make things exciting for this price segment.
The BlackBerry Z3 is listed as Android App compatible, but the success rate of installing and actually using any Android app APK is a hit or miss affair on BlackBerry OS. However, if you prefer texting over BBM a lot. or secure email is your priority, you should definitely look into this device.

If you are a buyer looking for the best performing phone in the budget of Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000, the Blackberry Z3 may not be the best candidate for you. Buy if you are someone who is paranoid about data security or are looking to buy an affordable blackberry device, the Blackberry Z3 will not disappoint you. In our opinion, it will not be able to give any major challenge to the high-value-for-money Android phones in the price segment, but enterprise buyers and security-conscious buyers will any-day go in for a Blackberry over an Android phone.
