The new tablet is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and a 7,250mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support.
For photos and videos, the Honor Pad 8 comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. It comes with 128GB of internal storage.

The Honor Pad 8 runs Android OS with Magic UI 6.1 on top. Connectivity options include Bluetooth v5.1, dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz), and a built-in microphone.
The new tablet features a unibody design. In terms of dimensions, it measures 278.54 x 174.06 x 6.9mm and weighs around 520g.

The 12-inch LCD display comes with a 2K (1,200 x 2,000 pixels) resolution, an 87 percent screen-to-body ratio, and TÜV Rheinland certification (low blue light emissions and a flicker-free screen).
A Smart Multi-Window feature allows you to display four windows on one screen. Additionally, a Multi-Screen Collaboration feature enables you to seamlessly interact with their smartphones.
Honor has added eight speakers, including four treble and four bass units. The stereo speaker setup is powered by Honor Histen and DTS:X Ultra technologies.
