The Microsoft Surface Pro 8 and Surface Go 3 come with a starting price of $1,099 (approx Rs 81,100) and $399 (approx Rs 29,400), respectively.
The new devices will be available in the US from October 5. As of now, there is no confirmation about the Indian price tag and launch date. However, the Surface Pro 8 would is likely to come in early 2022.
Additionally, Microsoft has launched the Surface Duo 2 dual-screen phone and Surface Laptop Studio. The existing Surface Pro 7+ and Surface Pro X have also been upgraded.
The new accessories include Microsoft Surface Slim Pen 2, Surface Adaptive Kit, Ocean Plastic Mouse, and the Microsoft Modern USB-C Headset.

The new tablet is powered by a quad-core 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor along with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
In terms of optics, the Microsoft Surface Pro 8 features a 10-megapixel 4K rear camera. For selfies and video calling, it sports a 5-megapixel front camera.
The 2-in-1 device is built on the Intel Evo platform. It is rated to deliver up to 16 hours of battery life on a single charge.
Connectivity options on the Microsoft Surface Pro 8 include USB Type-C, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and two Thunderbolt 4 ports.

The 13-inch PixelSense display comes with a 120Hz refresh rate, touch support, and Adaptive Colour Technology (adjusts color production as per the ambient environment).
In terms of dimensions, the Microsoft Surface Pro 8 measures 208.00 x 287.00 x 9.30mm and weighs 889.00 grams. It comes in Graphite and Platinum color options.
Additional features include Dolby Vision display technology, Dolby Atmos sound, an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and compass/ magnetometer.
The new tablet also supports a new Surface Pro Signature Keyboard as an optional accessory. It includes storage and charging support for the Surface Slim Pen 2.

The new 2-in-1 is essentially an affordable alternative to the Surface Pro 8. It is powered by a dual-core Intel Pentium Gold 6500Y processor and 4GB RAM. The 64GB storage can be expanded via a microSD card.
In terms of optics, the Microsoft Surface Go 3 features an 8-megapixel (1080p) rear camera. For selfies and video calling, it sports a 5-megapixel (1080p) front camera.
The 2-in-1 device is said to deliver an all-day battery life. Connectivity options include USB Type-C, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and an optional LTE Advanced support.

In terms of dimensions, the Microsoft Surface Go 3 measures 175.00 x 245.00 x 8.30mm and weighs 544.00 grams. It comes in a Platinum color finish.
The new tablet features a 10.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1920 x 1280 pixels and a 3:2 aspect ratio. It comes with Dolby Audio and studio microphones.
Additional features on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and compass/ magnetometer.
