The Realme 5s is priced in India at Rs 9,999 for the 64GB storage variant. The 128GB storage model comes with a price tag of Rs 10,999.
The new smartphone comes in Crystal Blue, Crystal Purple, and Crystal Red color options. Sale start from November 29.

The new smartphone is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor and 4GB RAM.
The internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 256GB). The 5,000mAh battery is touted to offers a video watching time of 12 hours.
In terms of optics, the Realme 5s sports a quad-camera setup on the back. It uses a 48MP Samsung ISOCELL GM1 sensor (f/1.8 aperture), an 8MP wide-angle camera (119-degree field of view, f/2.25), a 2MP macro lens (f/2.4), and a 2MP portrait camera (f/2.4).
For selfies and video calling, the new handset sports a 13MP front camera. It supports HDR, AI Beautification, and Time Lapse features.

The Realme 5s runs the Android 9 Pie operating system with the ColorOS 6 skin on top. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/A-GPS, Beidou, Galileo, and Glonass.
The dual-SIM smartphone features a 6.5-inch display with HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) resolution, 89 percent screen-to-body ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3+ protection.
In terms of design, the Realme 5s features a waterdrop notch and diamond-cut design with what the company calls a holographic color effect.
The new handset measures 164.4 x 75.6 x 9.3mm and weighs 198 grams. It sports a splash-resistant build.
Additional features include Super Nightscape 2.0, AI Freeze and Screen Battery Optimization Mode to name a few. You can also shoot 4K videos at 30fps and slow-motion1080p videos at 120fps.
A fingerprint sensor is placed on the back. Other sensors on the device include an accelerometer, proximity, gyroscope, compass, and an ambient light sensor.
