The Xiaomi-backed brand initially unveiled the Amazfit GTR in July. It is now available in India in a single 47.2mm size. The 42mm model that is yet to be launched in the Indian market.

The new smartwatch sports a 1.39-inch circular AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels. The 410mAh Li-polymer battery can last 24 days on regular usage and up to 74-days in basic watch mode.
The Huami Amazfit GTR will be available in multiple color options (Cherry Blossom Pink, Moonlight White, Starry Black, etc). It comes in three material variants (titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy) with a distinct finish on the dial.
The new smartwatch measures 47.2 x 47.2 x 10.75mm and weighs 48 grams. It is also water-resistant up to 5ATM.
The highlight of the new wearable is a PPG biological optical tracking sensor for heart rate sensing. Other sensors include an air pressure sensor, capacitive sensor, ambient light sensor, 3-axis geomagnetic sensor, and a 6-axis accelerometer.
Additionally, it comes with a sedentary reminder. Dedicated sports modes include outdoor running, walking, outdoor riding, indoor riding, open water swimming, swimming in the pool, elliptical machine, mountaineering and trail running.
The Huami Amazfit GTR is compatible with both Android (5.0 Lollipop and above) and iOS (10 or higher) devices. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and GPS + GLONASS.
