Meizu has launched yet another smartphone in the Chinese market. It sports a 6.2-inch full-HD+ display with 91.53 percent screen-to-body ratio and thin bezels all around. The Meizu 16s is priced in China at CNY 3,398 (approx Rs 35,200) for the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant. While the 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage model costs CNY 3,698 (approx Rs 38,300), the 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage variant comes with a price tag of CNY 4,198 (approx Rs 43,500).
The new smartphone will be available in China from April 28. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price or launch date.

The Meizu 16s is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor along with Adreno 640 GPU and 6GB/ 8GB RAM. It comes in two internal storage options – 128GB and 256GB. In the power department, the new handset is backed by a 3,600mAh battery.
For selfies and video calling, the smartphone sports a 20-megapixel front camera with f/2.2 aperture wide-angle lens. Camera features include AI face recognition, HDR, portrait blur, and ArcSoft beauty algorithm support.
The dual camera set up at the back features a 48-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.7 aperture) and a 20-megapixel secondary sensor (f/2.6 aperture). Camera features include OIS (optical image stabilization), dual super night scene mode, and six-LED ring flash.

In terms of dimensions, the Meizu 16s measures 151.9 x 73.4 x 7.6mm and weighs 165 grams. It comes in Condensed White, Carbon Black, and Phantom Blue color options. Connectivity options include WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth v5, GPS, 4×4 MIMO, and NFC.
Additionally, the smartphone comes with mEngine 3.0 and HyperGaming features. Sensors on the device include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, electronic compass, gyroscope, infrared sensor, and proximity sensor.
