The Google Pixel Slate is priced at $599 (approx Rs 44,400). It comes in Midnight Blue color option. Users will have to buy the Google Pixel Slate keyboard separately. It is priced at $199 (approx Rs 14,700). The Google Pixelbook Pen costs $99 (approx Rs 7,300).
The Pixel Slate will be available in the US, UK, and Canada via Google stores, and other partnered outlets. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price and launch date. Google is also offering YouTube TV for free for three months on the purchase of Pixel Slate.

The new tablet is powered by an 8th gen Intel Core m3, Core i5, i7, or Celeron processors along with 4GB/ 8GB/ 16GB RAM and 32GB/ 64GB/ 128GB/ 256GB internal storage. The 48Whr battery offers can last up to 10 hours on a single charge and supports fast charging.
In terms of optics, the Google Pixel Slate sports 8-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 aperture. The 8-megapixel front camera comes with f/1.9 aperture, wide-angle selfie lens. portrait mode support, and large 1.4-micron pixel size.

The Pixel Slate Keyboard (with full-sized backlit keypad, rounded ‘hush’ keys, a full-featured trackpad) converts the Pixel Slate into a laptop. The folio at the back doubles up as a stand. It can be adjusted to suit your viewing angle needs. There is also a dedicated button to trigger Google Assistant.
In terms of dimensions, the tablet measures 202.04 x 290.85 x 7.0mm and weighs 721 grams. It features round edges and sports dual front speakers. The power button doubles up as a fingerprint sensor. Additional sensors on the device include 3-axis gyroscope/accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and half effect sensor.
