The Vivo X20 Plus UD sports a 6.4-inch OLED display with 18:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor and 4GB RAM. The 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a micro-SD card.

In terms of optics, the new smartphone sports a dual-camera setup at the back. It combines a 12-megapixel primary sensor with a f/1.8 aperture and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.2 aperture. The 12-megapixel front camera also comes with a LED flash. The new handset is backed by a 3905mAh battery with fast charging support.

The Vivo X20 Plus UD measures 165.2 x 80.02 x 7.35 mm and weighs 183.1 grams. It comes in a matte black finish. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

The highlight of the new smartphone is the under-display fingerprint technology (developed by Synaptics). Reportedly, the new fingerprint reader is slightly slower than the traditional fingerprint sensor, but it is expected to improve in future iterations.
