The Gionee S11 is expected to hit the Indian market in January 2018. As of now, there is no information about the price of the upcoming smartphone. It was launched in China at 1,799 yuan (approx Rs 17,600).

The Gionee S11 sports a 5.99-inch display with FHD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a 2.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6763T Helio P23 processor and 4GB RAM. The 64GB internal storage can be further expanded via a micro SD card (up to 128GB).
In terms of optics, the Gionee S11 sports dual cameras on the front and the back. The rear camera setup combines a 16MP primary sensor with a 5MP secondary sensor. The front camera setup uses a 16MP primary sensor and an 8MP secondary sensor. The new handset is backed by a 3410 mAh battery.
