Xolo Era To Go On Sale On July 17 On Snapdeal, Priced At Rs. 4,444: Specs & Features

The Xolo Era smartphone which was launched earlier this month, will go on sale tomorrow (July 17, 2015) exclusively on e-commerce portal Snapdeal. Registrations for the device started on July 9, for which over 100,000 people have already registered. If you are a potential buyer and have not registered yourself yet, then hurry up since registrations will close at 6:00 PM today (July 16).

Sale for registered users will begin at 10.00 AM on July 17 while unregistered users will be able to make purchases at 12:00 noon on the same day. Read on to find detailed information on specifications and features of the device.

Xolo Era is priced at Rs. 4,444 and will go on sale exclusively on Snapdeal starting July 17, 2015. The device will come bundled with a USB OTG cable, screen guard and back cover for free.

Xolo has expanded its smartphone line up with the  launch of another budget smartphone called the Xolo Era. Under the hood, the handset is powered by a quad-core processor (unknown chipset) clocked at 1.2GHz paired with 1GB of RAM. Running Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, it features a 5-inch IPS display with 854×480 pixels resolution.

There is 8GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The device sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera. Backed up by a 2100mAh battery, the device offers 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB OTG as connectivity options.

Xolo also launched its Cube 5.0 (2GB RAM) smartphone for Rs. 8,888. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor coupled with Mali-400 GPU and 2GB of RAM. Other specifications of the handset include 5-inch HD IPS (1280×720 pixels resolution, 294 ppi pixel density, 85% NTSC, Dragontrail Glass) display, Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system, 8GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card), 8 mega pixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash, 5 mega pixel front facing camera and a 2100mAh battery. It measures 143x71x6.9 mm in dimensions and offers 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth as connectivity options.
