Domestic handset maker Spice has launched a new smartphone- Spice XLife Mi 404 in the Indian market.
Under the hood, the XLife Mi 404 is powered by a 1GHz processor paired with 256MB of RAM. Running Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, it features a 4-inch WVGA display. There is 512MB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32GB using microSD card. It sports a 3.2 mega pixel camera on the rear with LED flash and a 1.3 mega pixel front facing camera. Backed up by a1450mAh battery, the XLife Mi 404 offers 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and AGPS as connectivity options.
With these specs, the handset is appropriate for first time buyers as well as for the buyers who want to upgrade from feature phone to a smartphone.

Spice also launched its Spice Stellar 518 smartphone for Rs. 4,999. As for specifications, it is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It features a 5-inch display with 854×480 pixels resolution and runs Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. It comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. On camera front, the handset sports an 8 mega pixel auto focus rear camera and a 1.3 mega pixel front facing camera. The Stellar 518 is fueled by a 4000mAh battery and offers 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS/EDGE and Micro-USB as connectivity options.
